Dyeing of super-soft, stretch articles with an ultra-soft hand feel. Highly advanced machinery to treat the article at its best without compromising softness.

Dyeing of nylon and polyester yarn in hanks or perforated cones. In-house preparation of cakes or cones available. Recipe locked in to guarantee batch-to-batch repeatability.

A fully automated process control workflow: every stage is monitored and goods do not move forward unless they meet the defined parameters.
The customer sample is read with a spectrophotometer and the dyeing recipe is formulated in the lab.

Color sampling in the laboratory. The physical sample is prepared and presented to the customer for approval before production.

The approved recipe moves to production with weighing and automatic dispensing of colors and products to the dyeing machine.

Production color check with a spectrophotometer and fastness testing. Only compliant goods move on to the next stage.

CERTIFICATIONS
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified in Class I for all types of blended articles. Attentive to the new audit requirements from major brands and to the DETOX and GOTS directives.

Class I certification for all types of blends, acrylic/nylon and cotton/nylon. Assurance that every component of the finished product is tested for harmful substances.
